At Burton PRU, we encourage and support each student to want to become the best learner that they can and be socially responsible for themselves and the outcomes of their behaviour.  We use a range of rewards to encourage all our learners on and off site to behave with maturity, empathy, dignity, respect and appropriately.  These include:

  • immediate positive praise;
  • positive phone calls home each day;
  • positive reward points that are collected for bespoke rewards;
  • reward trips;
  • food – chocolate and apples!!!!
